WHY you should pay attention to Kristin Eddy

For years, I had the distinct pleasure of working within the kitchen at Millwright’s Restaurant. I managed their marketing and that allowed me an up close and personal BEHIND THE SCENES look into some of the best restaurant people around. On many occasions, Kristin Eddy, Pastry Chef extraordinaire would pass me some of their delicious handmade biscuits. I would watch her make these along with a ton of other amazing items… each one calling my name, literarily!
